選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 切除可能局所進行直腸癌症例であり、VOLTAGE試験のコホートC又はコホートDへの登録が企図されている。
2. VOLTAGE試験のコホートC又はコホートDへの登録を企図して術前化学放射線療法を行うことに同意している。
3. 同意取得日の年齢が20歳以上80歳未満である。
4. VOLTAGE試験又は本研究、国立がん研究センター東病院で実施している消化管癌を含む固形癌患者における免疫状態の解明と臨床的意義に関する研究（略称：免疫モニタリング研究）、日常診療で採取された血液検体、組織検体、及び便検体を提出する意思がある。
5. 文書で同意が得られている。

2. Agree to receive preoperative chemoradiation
3. Age of >= 20 to < 80 years at time of informed consent
4. Willing to provide blood samples per protocol.
5. Has given written consent
