別府医療センターで出生した単胎児
在胎37週0日-41週6日の正期産児
出生体重2500g以上
Apgar score 5分値が8点以上
両親の少なくともどちらかがアレルギー疾患の罹患歴がある

Singletons delivered at Beppu Medical Center
Neonates born at 37-41 weeks of gestation
Birthweight 2500 g or more
Apgar score at 5 min 8 or more
At least one of the parents with a history of allergic disease

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

先天異常（EUROCAT version 2014で規定された大奇形）
新生児集中治療室（NICU）入院歴
