本研究では肝疾患・肝硬変・肝癌・胆膵疾患・胆管癌・膵癌患者におけるCOVID-19の重症化の頻度や経過、薬剤投与後の経過などを明らかにすることを目的とする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①対照群：COVID-19患者のうち、肝疾患・肝硬変・肝癌・胆膵疾患・胆管癌・膵癌の基礎疾患を持たない患者群
②肝胆膵疾患群：肝疾患・肝硬変・肝癌・胆膵疾患・胆管癌・膵癌にCOVID-19を合併した患者群
COVID-19の診断根拠としては、喀痰や気道吸引液、肺胞洗浄液、咽頭拭い液、鼻腔吸引液または鼻腔拭い液を用いたリアルタイムRT-PCR法を用いるが、抗体検査法など新たな診断法が確立された場合は新たな診断法による確定診断が得られた症例も随時追加する。

(1) Control group: COVID-19 patients without underlying diseases such as liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer, biliary-pancreatic disease, bile duct cancer, and pancreatic cancer
(2) Hepatobiliary-pancreatic disease group: COVID-19 patients with liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer, biliary-pancreatic disease, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

対照群、肝胆膵疾患群共に以下のような症例は除外
①患者から本研究への協力を望まないという申し出があった場合
②HIV感染者
③先行する重度な他臓器不全を有する症例
④背景に他臓器進行癌を有する症例

The following cases willn be excluded from both the control group and the hepatobiliary-pancreatic disease group
(1) If the patient requests that they do not wish to cooperate to this study
(2) HIV patients
(3) Patients with severe other organ failure
(4) Patients with advanced cancer of other organs
