選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 最低1日の活動休止を余儀なくされた足関節外側捻挫の既往がある
2) 再発性の足関節外側捻挫，足関節giving wayの挫既がある
3) 質問紙によって特定された足関節主観的不安定感がある（Cumberland ankle instability tool）

英語
1) Having a history of a lateral ankle sprain resulted in at least 1 interrupted day of physical activity.
2) Having a history of two or more lateral ankle sprains and/or episodes of "giving way".
3) Perceived instability will be identified by questionnaires (Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 下肢の骨折歴，手術歴がある
2) 下肢の他の関節において3ヵ月以内の急性損傷の既往歴がある

1) Having a history of fracture or surgery in the lower limb
2) Having a history of acute injuries of other joints of the lower limb within three months.
