潰瘍性大腸炎患者を対象にwebにてアンケート調査を行うことにより、医師と患者間の情報量が治療方針の決定における患者の満足度にどの程度影響するかを明らかにする。また、患者が十分ではないと感じている情報の種類を明らかにする。

We conduct a web-based questionnaire survey for patients with ulcerative colitis to clarify the relationship between the amount of information shared by physicians and patients and patient satisfaction with decisions on treatment strategy. Also, to identify the types of information which the patients consider as insufficient.

・20歳以上の潰瘍性大腸炎患者
・潰瘍性大腸炎の治療のために定期的に通院している患者（3か月以内に1回程度定期通院）
・本研究への参画に同意が得られた患者

Patients with ulcerative colitis aged over 20 years.
Patients who regularly visit the hospital for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (About once in 3 months).
Patients who consented via the web to participate in the present research.

20歳以上のUCに罹患している患者を、株式会社QLifeが運営する炎症性腸疾患（IBD）患者パネル（IBD+）および日本のIBD患者会からリクルートした。
