筋力評価：腹筋、背筋、握力
姿勢評価：両耳介、頚椎の湾曲、背部の湾曲、腰部の湾曲の画像的評価（側面画像）
姿勢の客観的評価　（5点満点で評価）
背すじが伸びていること
うなじが伸びあごが引けていること
胸を張っていること
両肩は後ろにひかれていること
下腹（臍下丹田）に力が入っていること
全身の筋肉に緊張がなくリラックスしていること
バランスが良く，安定していること
横から見たとき重心が，耳たぶ，肩，股関節，膝関節を通り，足の外踝の少し前に落ちていること（前後の傾きがないこと）
脊柱はゆるいS状カーブを描いているこ

脊柱は左右均等で曲がっていないこと
背骨を支える腹筋・背筋が丈夫であること
の11項目を5点満点で評価する

筋力（握力、背筋力、腹筋力）、姿勢の測定、および評価をおこない、新型または通常のランドセルを使用し、1ヶ月後、3ヶ月後、半年後に再度筋力、姿勢の測定を行う。

Measure and evaluate muscular strength (grip strength, back strength, abdominal strength) and posture, and use a new or normal school bag to measure muscle strength and posture again after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
