下垂体腫瘍は偶然画像検査で発見される（下垂体偶発腫）か何らかの症状があり発見される（症候性腫瘍）。偶発腫瘍と症候性腫瘍の臨床特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。

Pituitary tumors are discovered either incidentally by imaging studies (incidentalomas) or via evaluation of certain clinical symptoms (symptomatic tumors). We will investigate differences in the clinical features of incidentalomas and symptomatic pituitary tumors.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
臨床経過が明らかではない方、ホルモン検査が行われていない方、ラトケ嚢胞、髄膜腫、転移性脳腫瘍、リンパ球性下垂体炎、IGG-4関連下垂体炎や病理が明らかになっていない方など。

Unknown medical history, no baseline hormone data, Rathke's cleft cyst, meningioma, metastatic tumor, lymphocytic adenohypophysis, IgG4-related hypophysis, and uncertain pathology.
