Mulliganストラップを用いたセルフSNAGsの即時効果と1週間の介入よる腰椎可動域に対する変化について比較する。また、腰椎可動域と身体的特徴を比較する。

To compare the immediate effect of self-SNAGs using the Mulligan strap and the change in the range of motion of the lumbar spine with a 1-week intervention. Also, the lumbar range of motion is compared with physical characteristics.

介入群は、紐状のMulliganストラップを腰部に当ててセルフSNAGsを行う。ストラップはヤコビー線(L4)にあて、垂直に引きながら、体幹を前屈させる。このエクササイズの原則は痛みを伴わないことであるため、ストラップを引く強さは痛みが伴わない程度とする。その際、膝関節を屈曲させながら行う。介入期間は1週間で、回数は6回×3セット行う。介入の間は1分間空け、およそ5分程度のセルフエクササイズとする。

In the intervention group, self-SNAGs are performed by applying a string-shaped Mulligan strap to the waist. Apply the strap to the Jacoby line (L4) and bend it vertically while pulling it vertically. The principle of this exercise is to be painless, so the pull strength of the strap should be painless. At that time, the knee joint should be flexed. The intervention period is one week and the number of times is 6 times x 3 sets. Allow 1 minute between interventions and self-exercise for about 5 minutes.

sham群は、体幹前屈運動を立位で行う。運動は痛みを伴わない程度とする。回数は6回×3セット、1週間行う。エクササイズの間は1分間空け、およそ合計5分程度のセルフエクササイズとする。

In the sham group, trunk flexion is performed in a standing position. Exercise should be painless. 6 times x 3 sets, 1 week. Leave one minute between exercises and a total of about five minutes of self-exercise.

本研究の参加に関して文書による同意が得られない者。
測定開始時期に開始できない者。
過去2年以内に腰痛の既往があった者。
脊椎に対する病歴があった者。(脊椎すべり症，側弯症など)
セルフエクササイズの継続が困難な者。

Those who do not have written consent for participation in this study.
Those who cannot start at the measurement start time.
Those who have a history of low back pain within the past 2 years.
Those who have a history of spine. (Spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, etc.)
Those who have difficulty continuing self-exercise.
