菌血症診療において、迅速遺伝子検査の新しいパネル(FilmArray BCID2)による微生物同定の有効性について、従来のパネル(FilmArray BCID1)と仮想的に比較して検討する

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
血液培養装置（バクテアラート3D；シスメックス・ビオメリュー社、東京）及びFilmArray BCID1パネルにより検出・同定されたグラム陰性桿菌菌血症

1) Patients with gram negative bacteremia detected by the BacT/ALERT 3D system and identified by FilmArray system (BCID1 panel).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 患者が他院に転院している場合
2) 患者が入院加療を行わなかった場合
3) 緩和ケアが主体で感染症治療が行われなかった場合
4) 血液培養陽性時に患者が既に死亡していた場合

英語
1)If patients have already been referred or transferred to other hospitals.
2)If patients are not hospitalized in Hitachi General Hospital.
3)If palliative care is performed without treatment for infections.
4)If patients have already died at the time of reporting the results of Gram staining.
