選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
慢性痛患者群：口腔顔面領域に3 カ月以上の慢性痛がある右利き患者を対象とする。また痛みの評価は初診時の安静時Numerical Rating Scale≧4 とする。
健常者群：年齢と性別をマッチさせた1 か月以上、痛みに関して治療を受けていない健常者。

Chronic pain patient group: 1) Right-handed, 2) having chronic orofacial pain for 3 months or more, 3) pain of 4 or more on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS; scale of 0-10) at the initial visit.
Healthy group: 1)Right-handed, 2)age- and sex- matched, 3)not receiving treatment for pain over the past 1 month and more.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

MRI 禁忌
MRI 施行中の不動が保てない患者
妊婦または妊娠している可能性（意思）のある患者

健常者群のみ:
精神疾患（うつ病、てんかん、統合失調、アルツハイマー病など）を罹患している者

MRI Contraindications.
Patients who cannot maintain immobility during MRI.
Pregnant women or patients who may be pregnant (will).

Healthy group only:
Mental disorders (depression, epilepsy, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, etc.)

前向き患者-健常者比較試験。
2019年5月7日より2023年12月31日の間に、口腔顔面領域の慢性痛の治療のため、慶應義塾大学病院歯科・口腔外科または川崎市立井田病院歯科口腔外科に通院中の選択基準に合致した患者に対して、外来受診時に研究協力を依頼する。
健常者群は、人材派遣会社を介して研究協力を依頼する。
問診表、上腕に熱刺激を受けながらMRIを受ける。

From May 7, 2019 to December 31, 2023, the chronic pain patient group is selected from patients who satisfied selection criteria in the Department of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Keio University Hospital or Kawasaki Municipal Ida Hospital for the treatment of chronic pain in the orofacial area.
The healthy group requests research cooperation through a staffing agency.
The subject answers the questionnaire and receives MRI under thermal stimulation on the upper arm.
