日本語
自己の糞便を大腸術後の空置腸炎症例に投与し、投与前後での内視鏡検査および腸内細菌叢の評価を行うことで、空置腸炎における自家糞便移植の有用性と腸内細菌叢の変化との関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。

自家糞便移植 ストーマ内の自分の糞便を水で希釈し30-50mlを人工肛門より肛門側の空置腸管に３日1回　4週間投与する。

We injected 30-50 mL of saline-diluted autologous feces from the stoma to the diverted colon using a Nelaton catheter; 10 FMTs were performed over 4 weeks (every 3 days)

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)大腸癌や炎症性腸疾患に伴う大腸術後で当院消化器科に通院あるいは入院中の患者で、選択基準および除外基準を確認し、空置腸炎と診断されたものを対象とする。糞便を水に希釈して投与する群として10例エントリーする。その際、参加は患者の自由意志によるものですので、エントリーの際の群の希望や途中で群を変更したい旨の申し出があったときには患者さんの意志に従い、今回の研究対象からは外させていただき、特に意図を持って振り付けは行わない。
(2)本研究について十分に理解し、本人による同意が得られる患者。
(3)同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者

(1)10 patients who were diagnosed as diversion colitistis in our gastroenterology department after colorectal surgery associated with colorectal cancer or inflammatory bowel disease. The participation is based on the patient's free will.
(2) Patients who fully understand this study and can obtain their consent.
(3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of obtaining consent.
