1.ICU入室時、既に24時間以上の人工呼吸器管理を受けている患者
2.人工心肺を装着している患者
3.入室時、Do Not Attempt Resuscitationの治療方針の患者

1.The patients who have already received Mechanical ventilation 24 hours or more at ICU admission
2.The patients who treated with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation
3.The patients who ordered do-not-attempt-resuscitation (DNAR)
