主な結果/Results

日本語
リドカイン塩酸塩を用いたSGB側では正規化組織ヘモグロビン指標(nTHI)の増加に続き組織酸素化指標(TOI)，酸素化ヘモグロビン変化量（ΔO2Hb），総ヘモグロビン変化量（ΔcHb）が経時的に増加したが，SGB施行15分から減少傾向を示した．また, L群SGB側の脱酸素化ヘモグロビン変化量（ΔHHb）は変化しなかった．メピバカイン塩酸塩を使用したSGB側でも，nTHIに続きTOI，ΔO2Hb，ΔcHbが増加したが，ΔHHbも経時的に増加した．非SGB側では，L群SGB側の増加に続き，TOI，nTHI，ΔO2Hb，ΔcHbが経時的に増加したが，M群は変化しなかった．

Our results suggest that SGB using by each local anesthetic solution increased in tissue oxygenation sequentially following by the increase in tissue blood flow in the affected-side. In the SGB using by lidocaine hydrochloride, the slightly same response was observed in the healthy-side although that was slower dynamics than that in affected-side. Mepivacaine hydrochloride may cause venous congestion on the affected-side.
