画像的に、もしくは肝生検により肝硬変と診断された症例

Patients diagnosed as liver cirrhosis based on the results of imaging modality (abdominal CT or ultrasonography) or proven by liver biopsy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 制御不能な肝細胞癌合併例
② 慢性呼吸器疾患合併例
③ 左室心疾患合併例
④ 慢性肺塞栓症合併例
⑤ 血液疾患合併例
⑥ サルコイドーシス合併例
⑦ 甲状腺疾患合併例
⑧ 膠原病合併例
⑨ HIV感染症合併例
⑩ 先天性心疾患のある患者

電子カルテ上で対象症例を拾い上げ、適格性確認で適合した症例を登録し、患者背景、肝硬変の治療歴、血液生化学的検査結果の推移、門脈圧亢進症性肺高血圧症の診断方法(胸部レントゲン検査、心エコー検査、心電図、肝静脈カテーテル、心臓カテーテル他)などの臨床データを収集する。

Pick up the cases with electronic medical record, register the cases that meet the eligibility criteria, and register the patient background characteristics, treatment history of liver cirrhosis, transition of blood biochemical test results, and collect clinical data such as diagnostic methods to diagnose portopulmonary hypertension (chest radiography, echocardiography, electrocardiogram, hepatic vein and pulmonary artery catheters, etc.).
