ERASプログラム群とコントロール群間で術後食事開始、離床、ドレン抜去、術後入院期間、合併症発生率などのアウトカムを後方視比較する。ERASプログラム群の前期（E1)と後期（E2)でエネルギー・タンパク摂取量を調査する。
