主な結果/Results

日本語
男性57例，女性43例で，年齢平均値は69.7歳であった．Bismuth分類はIが68例，IIが49例，IIIaが43例，IIIbが30例，IVが29例であった．術前胆道ドレナージ方法としてendoscopic nasobiliary drainage、conventional endoscopic biliary stenting，endoscopic biliary inside stentingを施行した症例は160例，31例，28例であった。術前胆道ドレナージの累積機能不全はドレナージ方法で差は認めなかった(p = 0.60)．合併症発生率は各群で差は認めなかった(p = 0.70)．

The patients were 163 men and 56 women, with a mean age of 69.7 years. Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage, conventional endoscopic biliary stenting, and endoscopic biliary inside stenting were performed using the preoperative endoscopic biliary drainage (PEBD) method in 160, 31, and 28 patients, respectively. The cumulative dysfunction rates of PEBD were not significantly different among the PEBD methods (p=0.60). The adverse event rates were were not significantly different among the PEBD groups (p = 0.70).
