主な結果/Results

日本語
　腸管洗浄剤の服用リスクについて、医師で100% 、看護師、技師では約90%で周知され、患者情報の問診はいずれかの職種でほぼ100％ 行われていた。検査前に遠位大腸に狭窄が疑われた場合、下剤内服後や腸管洗浄液服用後に排便がなかった場合の対応は、ほぼ全ての職種で、状況に応じて対応されていたが、マニュアル化されているとの回答は職種間でバラツキがあった。特に自宅飲用での対応時にマニュアルがないとの回答が医師で4 割、看護師、技師で2 割であり、リスクの点から早急な対応が必要であると考えられた。

All medical doctors and approximately 90% of nurses and technicians understood the risk of using a lavage solution. Interviews using patient information were conducted in almost 100% of either occupation. However, the answer that a corresponding manual had been created varied among occupations. In particular, 40% of medical doctors and 20% of nurses and technicians answered that they have no corresponding manual for patients who were taking lavage solution at home.
