1週間のオンラインプログラムにおいて，対象者は肯定的解釈バイアス修正法として， Positive sentence training(4日間)と，Positive picture-word cue training(3日間)を行った。どちらのトレーニングでも，あいまいな刺激の後に肯定的な結果が示された。

主な結果/Results

日本語
社交不安が強い人々は，あいまいな対人状況をネガティブに解釈する傾向がある。解釈に対する認知バイアス修正法(CBM-I)は，そのようなバイアスを低減する可能性がある。本研究では，コンピュータ形式の日本版CBM-Iプログラムの開発を目的とした。その結果，介入群は，介入前後の否定的感情が低減していた。また，CBM-I課題前後で比較すると，対人状況への恐怖感・ネガティブな解釈バイアス傾向の低減した。

In this study, we developed a Japanese version of CBM-I. As a results, in the positive condition, there was a significant reduction in negative affect compared to the control condition. In addition, there were greater reductions in negative affect, social evaluative fear, and negative interpretation bias at a one-month follow-up, irrespective of condition. Results suggest that text-based CBM-I affects interpretation bias and picture-based CBM-I especially affects these emotional characteristics.

大学生120名を対象に，1週間のオンラインCBM-Iプログラムを行った。ランダムに介入群と待機群に割り当て，介入群はスマートフォン上でポジティブ解釈課題を回答した。待機群は，1週間後に同じ課題に参加した。
