選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・終夜睡眠ポリソムノグラフィー(簡易型も含む)によって診断された閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸に対して、外来において月1回の対面診察、または遠隔診療により2月に1回の対面診察にてCPAP療法を行っている患者。
・合併疾患は問わないが、CPAP療法導入後３月以上を経過している患者に限る。
・登録に先行する４月間において、CPAP治療の使用日数および使用時間の遠隔モニタリングを行った患者に限る。
・CPAP療法の機器や取り扱い業者は問わないが、遠隔モニタリングが可能な機器を用いる。遠隔モニタリングの対象データには、少なくとも使用日数および使用時間、が含まれている必要がある。

1. Patients who using CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea diagnosed by overnight sleep polysomnography (including home sleep apnea testing), and coming clinic for a face-to-face consultation once a month in outpatient clinics, or face-to-face consultation once every two months with telemedicine.
2. Patients who have been over 3 months since the start of CPAP therapy.
3. Patients who have CPAP treatment during the 4 months prior to enrollment.
4. Patients who used CPAP therapy equipment that allows remote monitoring. Also, th data of remote monitoring include the number of days used and the time used.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・合併疾患に対する検査や治療などのCPAP療法管理以外の目的で、CPAP療法管理と同一医師による月1回または2月に1回以上の対面外来診察を要する患者。
・在宅酸素療法を併用している患者。電話診察が困難な患者。悪性腫瘍合併患者。
・認知機能障害のために質問票の記入や電話での指導に支障をきたす患者。
・その他、研究者が不適切であると判断した患者。

1. Patients who require face-to-face consultation due to complicating disease.
2. Patients who use home oxygen therapy, have difficulty in telemedicine, and have cancer.
3. Patients who have difficulty in filling out questionnaires or teaching by telephone due to cognitive impairment.
4. Other patients who the investigator determined to be inappropriate.
