麻酔科医が依頼された病棟での緊急気道確保において実際にどのようなことが問題になっていたかを調査する．問題を把握し，事前に対応を考えることによってより病棟での緊急気道確保の質を高めることができる.

What actually became a problem in emergency airway maintenance in the ward which anesthesiologist asked is investigated. It is possible to raise the quality of the emergency airway maintenance in the ward more by grasping the problem and considering the correspondence beforehand.
