日本語
集学的治療を要する患者に対して栄養管理と運動療法が全身へ与える効果に着目し、術前補助療法中に自主的に栄養管理と運動療法を併用することで、低栄養の進行やサルコペニアへの進展を予防して、周術期成績向上の可能性を検討することを目的とする。

胃癌、食道癌、胆道癌、膵癌のいずれかの診断にて手術を企図した者

The patient with cancer(stomach, esophagus, biliary tract, pancreas) who was planned for neoadjuvant therapy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①運動療法を行う事が困難なADLや認知症がある者
②運動療法を行う事で併存症や原疾患が悪化する恐れのある者
③コントロール不良の重度糖尿病の者
④消化管閉塞を起こしている者
⑤手術を予定していない患者
⑥その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

The patient with dementia
The patient who may get worse comorbidities or primary diseases by performing exercise therapy.
The patient with severe diabetes
The patient with gastrointestinal obstruction
The patient who are not scheduled for surgery
The patient who was judged by the researcher to be inappropriate for this research.
