透析終了から一定時間後は非透析日と比較して運動前から循環動態が異なり，運動を行うと異なる循環応答を示すことを明らかにする。

入院理由が安定した退院前の血液透析患者
外来血液透析患者

Pre-discharge hemodialysis patients with stable reasons for hospitalization
Outpatient hemodialysis patients

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．認知機能検査（MMSE）で23点未満の認知機能が低下し研究の遂行が困難な者
2．循環動態が不安定のため医師が運動負荷困難と判断した者
3．運動器、中枢神経疾患により自転車エルゴの実施が困難な者
4．循環器疾患にて入院した者
5．β遮断薬などの心拍数を抑制する薬を使用している者
6．研究同意を得られなかった者，同意を撤回し中止を希望した者

1.Those who have less than 23 points of cognitive function test (MMSE) and have difficulty performing research
2.Patients who have difficulty in exercise due to unstable circulatory dynamics
3.Persons who have difficulty performing bicycle ergo due to musculoskeletal or central nervous system diseases
4.Those who have been hospitalized for cardiovascular disease
5.Those who are using drugs that suppress heart rate, such as beta-blockers
6.Those who could not obtain research consent, those who withdrew consent and wished to discontinue
