目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
慢性呼吸器疾患患者を対象として、

１）COVID-19感染予防のための外出自粛期間中の身体活動量や症状の変化などの状態について明らかにすること。
２）外出自粛要請の解除後に身体活動量が改善する者としない者の自覚症状や身体活動に関連する心理的な要因の違いについて明らかにすること。
３）外出自粛解除後の身体活動量の変化が、入院回数や介護サービスの利用頻度、疾患重症度、予後など長期的に与える影響について明らかにすること。

1)To clarify changes in physical activity and symptoms during periods of refraining from going out to prevent COVID-19 infection.
2)To clarify the difference in subjective symptoms and psychological factors related to physical activity between those who have improved physical activity after canceling the request to refrain from going out and those who do not.
3)To clarify the long-term effects of changes in physical activity after canceling the request to refrain from going out, such as the number of hospitalizations, the frequency of use of nursing care services, the severity of illness, and the prognosis.
