心外膜側心房頻拍は稀な疾患であり、その特徴などはよく知られていない。本研究ではその特徴を明らかにし、カテーテルアブレーション治療の有効性・安全性を検討することを目的とする。

This study aimed to elucidate the prevalence, characteristics, and outcome after radiofre-quency catheter ablation of epicardial origin atrial tachycardia and to reveal the association between the atrial tachycardia and the epicardial structures.

2016年4月から2018年4月までに日本医科大学付属病院でカテーテルアブレーションを施行された局所興奮型心房頻拍全症例。

From April 2016 to April 2018, 42 consecutive patients with a total of 49 non-reentrant focal ATs were referred to the Nippon Medical School Main Hospital and underwent a radiofre-quency CA.

2016年4月1日より2018年4月30日までにカテーテルアブレーションを施行された心房細動および局所興奮型心房頻拍症例における過去のカルテ情報から既存の情報を用いて検討を行う。症例毎の臨床情報（年齢、性別、アブレーション施行日、罹病期間など）および異所性心房興奮（もしくは心房頻拍）の起源、心臓電気生理検査所見、心電図所見、心臓超音波検査所見、採血所見（腎機能、心不全マーカーの推移など）を比較検討する。また、術後およそ2年間の経過観察期間を置き、その間のカルテ情報も参照する。

We analyzed the clinical characteristics of the patients, electrocardiographic and electro-physiology properties of the ATs, and results of the CA. For each patient, the data were ob-tained from the patient chart, body surface electrocardiograms before, during and after the electrophysiology study, 24-hour Holter monitoring, echocardiography, and intracardiac electrograms during the electrophysiology study.
