目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
遠隔ICTを用いた理学療法士による介入システムを構築し、複数の通所介護事業所にて無作為化前向き試験を実施する。理学療法士の介入方法の違いが介護度、身体機能、身体活動度、医療費へ及ぼす影響を明らかにする。

We build the intervention system by physical therapist using Information and Communication Technology (remote ICT system), which is conducted with multicenter, block-randomized, controlled trial. We aimed to investigate the efficacy of remote ICT system on certification of needed long-term care, physical function, physical activity, and medical expenses.

遠隔ICT群
遠隔ICTのシステムを活用し、理学療法士がパソコン・スマートフォン上で評価を行い、個別運動メニューを作成する。各事業所にて通常のサービスに加えて個別運動を6ヶ月間実施する。

Physical therapist evaluates participant's physical function and makes an exercise menu for individual using ICT system on PC or Smartphone. It will be conducted for six months adding to usual care at each day service center.

理学療法士が各事業所に訪問し、対面での評価を行い、個別運動プログラムを作成する。各事業所で通常のサービスに加えて個別運動を6ヶ月間実施する。
