選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）内視鏡生検にて、胃癌（組織型分類の一般型のいずれか）が証明されている。
2）化学療法施行後に、術前検査，内視鏡検査および上腹部CT 検査による画像診断にて，胃全摘術，噴門側胃切除術あるいは幽門側胃切除術で根治切除が可能と判断されたcStage IIIまたはcStage IV胃癌症例。
3）PS(ECOG)が0または1である。
4）本試験登録前に試験内容の十分な説明が行われた後、患者本人から文書による同意が得られている

1) Histologically proven gastric adenocarcinoma
2) Clinical Stage III or Stage IV gastric cancer curably treated with total, proximal, or distal gastrectomy after preoperative chemotherapy
3) ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
4) Informed consent is obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）同時性、異時性の重複がん/多発がんを有する症例。（同時性重複癌および無病期間が５年以内の異時性重複癌）
2） 重篤な合併症（腸管麻痺、腸閉塞、間質性肺炎または肺線維症、コントロールが困難な 糖尿病、コントロール不良の高血圧症、心不全、腎不全、肝硬変、肝不全など）を有する症例。
3）活動性の感染症を有する症例。
4）重篤な薬物アレルギーを有する症例。
5）その他、試験責任医師または分担医師が本試験の登録には不適当と判断した症例。
