目的1/Narrative objectives1 パルスライダー及びW-EBデバイスを使用した脳動脈瘤に対する血管内治療の安全性と有効性を観察する To investigate endovascular treatment for intracranial aneurysms using PulseRider and W-EB

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 治療1年後の対象脳動脈瘤の破裂及び再治療を伴わずに完全閉塞した症例の割合 complete occlusion without aneurysm rupture and re-treatment at 1 year after treatment
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 1 術後30日以内の脳神経に起因する死亡
2 術後30日以内の重大な脳卒中
3 治療3年後の対象脳動脈瘤の破裂及び再治療を伴わずに完全閉塞した症例の割合
4 治療3年後までの対象脳動脈瘤破裂（破裂瘤の場合は再破裂）
5 治療3年後までの対象脳動脈瘤の再疎通および再増大
6 治療3年後までの再治療
7 治療3年後までの対象領域の重大な脳卒中
8 治療3年後までの出血性イベント及び不具合
1 neurological death within 30 days after treatment
2 major stroke within 30 days after treatment
3 complete occlusion without aneurysm rupture and re-treatment at 3 years after treatment
4 aneurysm rupture or re-treatment within 3 years after treatment
5 aneurysm recanalization or growth within 3 years after treatment
6 re-treatment within 3 years after treatment
7 major stroke in the territory within 3 years after treatment
8 hemorrhagic event or device failure within 3 years after treatment

文書による同意が得られた者		 patient who is scheduled or completed to endovascular treatment for intracranial aneurysm using PulseRider or W-EB
