沼田町の地域資源を活用した保健活動を通し、地域住民の疾病予防、健康意識の向上、地域の健康ブランド作りを行う。また、ユビキノール(還元型コエンザイムQ10)の摂取による効果を評価し、地域の健康活動のより高い効率化を図る。

For 12 weeks, the participants drink one bottle of tomato juice (190 g) per day.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 北海道雨竜郡沼田町に居住する者。
(2) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の者。
(3) 定期的に行われる健康測定会への参加や、指定された施設を日常的に訪問することが可能な者。
(4) 本研究の目的･内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本研究参加に同意できる者。

(1) The residents of Numata-town
(2) 20 years old or over
(3) The residents who can participate in the scheduled examination session and can visit designated facility.
(4) Applicants who understand well the purpose and contents of this examination. Additionaly, who can agree to participate in this examination in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) トマト、温泉水、ユビキノールサプリメントにアレルギー反応を示す者。
(2) 妊娠中、授乳中の者。
(3) 同意の3か月以内に他の臨床研究に参加していた者。
(4) 日常的にコエンザイムQ10を含むサプリメントまたは食品を摂取する習慣がある者。
(5) 日常的に(1週間に2回以上)、トマトジュースを飲む習慣がある者。(トマトチームの場合)
(6) 日常的に(1週間に2回以上)、温泉水を飲用する習慣がある者。(温泉水チームの場合)
(7) その他、研究責任者および研究協力者が不適格と判断した者。

(1) Have allergy against tomato juice, hot spring water, or ubiquinol supplmement.
(2) Pregnant or nursing.
(3) Who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
(4) Who daily consume supplements or foods containing coenzyme Q10.
(5) Who daily drink tomato juice over twice a week.
(6) Who daily drink hot spring water twice a week.
(7) Others who are judged to be ineligible by the investigator and co-workers.
