①25度の頭高位で、PEEP 5-10 cmH2O ＋ PSV 5-10 cmH2Oを付加する
②仰臥位で、PEEP・PSVを付加しない
①→②の順に3分間実施する

2)Supine, PEEP 0 cmH2O + PSV 0 cmH2O
Carry out in order of 1 to 2 or b to a for 3 minutes.

全身麻酔下で手術を受ける患者
体型指数 30 kg/m2以上の患者

Body mass index (BMI) 30 kg/m2 or above

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
顔面奇形・遺伝子疾患等、肥満以外に気道確保困難が予想される場合、重大な呼吸器合併症・心血管系合併症、妊婦、緊急手術
担当麻酔科医が不適当と判断したもの

Difficulty airway other than obesity such as facial malformation or genetic disease, serious respiratory and cardiovascular complications, pregnancy, emergency surgery.
Anesthesiologists judged to be inappropriate for this study.
