血糖値測定のため、Free Style リブレProを装着すると同時に、睡眠の質測定のため、Fitbitを装着。（2週間）

１．被験食を間食として喫食する。

The subjects are attached Free Style Libre for monitoring brood glucose level.At the same time, the subjects are attached Fitbit for monitoring sleep quality. (2 weeks)

フルーツグラノーラスナックは、グルコーススナックと比較して、スナック摂取時の食後血糖値の上昇を有意に抑制した
フルーツグラノーラスナック摂取群では、G群、N群、A群と比較して、夕食時の食後グルコース上昇が有意に抑制された
フルーツグラノーラスナック摂取群では、N群およびA群（スナック摂取なし）に比べ、睡眠中の覚醒回数が有意に少なかった

The postprandial glucose rise with dinner was significantly suppressed in the fruit granola snack group compared with groups G, N and A
A significantly lower number of awakenings occurred during sleep in the fruit granola snack group than in groups N and A (no snack)
