主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

25gのパラチノースおよびスクロースを含む水（200ml）の摂取前、摂取60分後、120分後に大動脈および全身性の動脈脈波伝播速度（pulse wave velocity: PWV）の測定を実施し、この変化を評価する。

Changes in aortic pulse wave velocity (PWV) and systemic PWV at baseline and 30, 60 and 90 minutes after ingestion of water (200 ml) containing 25 g of palatinose and sucrose.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

25gのパラチノースおよびスクロースを含む水（200ml）の摂取前、摂取60分後、120分後に血圧、心拍数および血糖値の測定を実施し、この変化を評価する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 日程調整が可能な方
2) 体格指数（BMI：Body Mass Index）が18.5-25kg/m2未満
3) 実験参加時の注意事項を守れる方
4) 今までに喫煙習慣が無い方
5) 本人が本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、文書で参加に同意した者

3) You can follow the precautions when participating in the experiment
4) No smoking habits
5) Subjects who agree to participate in this study with a written informed consent after receiving sufficient explanation relating to this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2) 被験者に重篤な身体症状があり、研究への協力が困難な場合
3) その他、調査担当者が調査への参加を不適当と判断した場合
