授乳に関する質問（授乳方法、授乳回数、授乳継続理由など）と摂食に関する質問（離乳食の段階、食塊の大きさ、食べ方、使用中食具など）、口腔の状態（萌出している乳歯、口腔習癖など）について、webアンケートにて聴取する

1. 現在、直接授乳、哺乳びんでの授乳、卒乳をしている児
2. 現在、母乳・ミルク以外の固形食物を、経口にて栄養摂取している児（離乳食、または幼児食を摂取している児）
3. スクリーニングに回答し、本調査への参加に同意した者

主な結果/Results

日本語
・離乳完了後も授乳を継続している場合、児が日中活動している時間ではなく、寝る時や目覚めの際に児が欲しがるために授乳を行なっていることが分かった。日中の授乳は見られなくなることから、就寝時や目覚めの際の授乳の役割や意味合いは、離乳完了前後で変化していると考えられる。
・卒乳した場合と比較して離乳完了以降の乳汁摂取は、食べる量、食べ方、食具の使用状況に影響する可能性を示唆。授乳している児は、偏食や小食、食べさせてもらっている割合が高い傾向にあった。

The continuation of breastfeeding or bottle-feeding should affect on the amount of eating, how to eat, and the usage of tableware compared to children who already finished breastfeeding. For example, breast-feeding and bottle-fed children tended to have an unbalanced diet, small meals, and a low proportion of eating by themselves with their hands or spoon.

生後9ヵ月～11ヵ月75名、12ヵ月～1才5ヵ月92名、1才6ヵ月～1才11ヵ月72名、2才0ヵ月～2才5ヵ月69名、2才6ヵ月～2才11ヵ月61名、3才0ヵ月～3才5ヵ月72名、3才6ヵ月～3才11ヵ月71名。
