主な結果/Results

日本語
８症例11本のインプラントを評価した結果、インプラントは経過観察期間を通じて安定しており、有害事象の発生はなかった。骨量は術後6ヶ月に較べ5年後では28％減少したが，有意差は無かった。造成骨高は5年間で有意差を持って17％減少した。インプラント周囲骨は，同時埋入で1.76mm、待時埋入で0.5mm減少していた。OCP/Colを用いた上顎洞底挙上術では、良好なインプラントの予後、安定した造性骨の維持が確認出来た。

The conditions of all dental implants were uneventful throughout the follow-up period. Augmented bone volume and changing rate of augmented bone volume were essentially unchanged following maturation of the OCP/Col-derived new bone. Mean marginal bone loss was 1.76 mm with the simultaneous approach, and 0.50 mm with the staged approach at five years postoperatively.

1. Individuals who had been included in the clinical trial
entitled "A multi-center single arm clinical trial of bone regenerative material OCP/Col", which was
registered as Trial No.UMIN000018192 and was conducted between 2015 and 2017; and who had
received maxillary sinus floor augmentation via the lateral window approach at Nagasaki University
Hospital. 2. Individuals aged between 20 and 79 years old at the time of providing consent.

主要評価項目は、インプラントの状態、すなわち感染、インプラント周囲炎、インプラント安定性、疼痛、知覚異常を評価した。副次評価項目は、造性骨の量、高さ、インプラント周囲の骨吸収をCT画像およびパノラマX線で評価した。

The primary outcome was the evaluation of clinical dental implant conditions such as infection, peri-implantitis, dental implant stability, pain, and paresthesia. Secondary outcomes were the evaluation of the augmented bone volume, change rate of augmented bone volume, vertical bone height, and marginal bone loss around dental implant fixture.
