日本語
本研究は、獨協医科大学病院の初期臨床研修中の医師および獨協医科大学病院総合診療科医師が、心臓病診察シミュレーターを用いて、一般的な聴診と電子聴診器を用いた遠隔聴診を行い、それぞれにおける正答率を比較する。

遠隔聴診群では、メムスコア株式会社、電子聴診器JPES-01、TROND BT-DUO SのトランスミッターおよびSONY社製ワイヤレスノイズキャンセリングステレオヘッドセッド WH-1000XM3を用いる。

Remote auscultation group (intervention group) will have test session using electronic stethoscope (JPES-01, MEMS CORE Co, Miyagi, Japan), Bluethooth transmitter (TROND 2-in-1 Bluetooh Transmitter & Receiver, BT-DUO, TROND), and wireless noise canceling stereo headset (WH-1000XM3, Sony Co, Tokyo, Japan).
