目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
「眼科バイオバンク（倫理委員会承認：2019-1-999）」に参加している患者の保存された検体（血液）を使用し、緑内障患者の血液サンプルから複数のタンパク質を測定し緑内障の発症と関連のあるバイオマーカーの探索を行い、探索されたバイオマーカーを利用した日本人固有の緑内障予測モデルを作成することを目的とする。

Use of stored samples (blood) of patients participating in "Ophthalmology Biobank (ethics committee approval: 2019-1-999)" to measure multiple proteins from blood samples of glaucoma patients and develop glaucoma The purpose of the present invention is to search for biomarkers related to the above and to create a glaucoma prediction model unique to Japanese people using the searched biomarkers.

「眼科バイオバンク（倫理委員会承認：2019-1-999）」に登録され、血液サンプルが保存されている。
20歳以上で、男女は問わない。
下記のいずれかの承認済み研究に参加している方で得られた臨床データ、採血データも比較解析対象とする。
「眼組織サンプルを用いた緑内障の病態解明と緑内障手術眼の術後成績に関連する因子の探索」（倫理委員会承認番号：2014-2-98-1）及び「眼組織サンプルを用いた緑内障の病態解明と緑内障手術眼の術後成績に関連する因子の探索(2014-2-98-1)の付随研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2014-2-253-1）「緑内障病態解明を目指した包括的基礎研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2019-1-150）、「脳画像コホートにおける眼底微小循環とメタボローム測定による関連解析」（倫理委員会承認番号：2019-1-438）
「緑内障患者における検査データの総合的解析」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-738）、「緑内障データベースを基盤としたバイオマーカー・創薬シーズの探索的研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2015-1-828）、「緑内障を含む眼科疾患における負荷試験時の血流動態と進行に関する前向き観察研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-704）、「緑内障早期診断および進行検出に関する研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-816）、「ビックデータと人工知能を用いた眼疾患（緑内障、糖尿病網膜症、加齢黄斑疾患、前眼部疾患）診断システム確立のための観察研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-366）、「緑内障患者に関連する遺伝子多型の解析」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-687）、「眼科検査情報と環境・多層生体情報統合データベースを活用した個別化医療創成研究」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-679））、「緑内障患者を対象とした疾病登録」（倫理委員会承認番号：2018-1-987））

The clinical data and blood sampling data obtained from those who participate in any of the approved studies below will be included in the comparative analysis.
