基本情報調査、身体機能評価、調査票の項目は通常臨床時間に調査を行い，身体活動量の計測のみ通常臨床時間外に調査を行う．
身体活動量計（HJA-750C，オムロン社製）は，対象者の左右いずれかの腰部に装着する．
3～7日間（入浴時を除く起床から就寝まで）の日常生活で示される身体活動量を連続計測する．

英語
Basic information survey, physical function evaluation, and questionnaire items are surveyed during normal clinical time, and only physical activity measurements are surveyed outside normal clinical time.
A physical activity meter (HJA-750C, made by OMRON) is attached to either the left or right waist of the subject.
Continuously measure the amount of physical activity shown in daily life for 3 to 7 days (from waking up to bed except when taking a bath).
