幽門側胃切除術を施行され、ダンピング症状がある患者に持続血糖測定器を14日間装着してもらう。そのうち7日間は経腸栄養剤200ml×2/日を飲用してもらう。

英語
Patients with dumping symptoms after distal gastrectomy wear a continuous blood glucose meter for 14 days. For 7 days, patients get enteral nutrition 200ml*2/day.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)組織学的に胃癌と診断されている
2)幽門側胃切除 (B-I再建、RY再建)により、根治切除がなされている
3)胃切除後3ヶ月以上である
4)病理学的ステージI, IIである
5)PS：ECOG performance status score 0-1である
6)自力で調査票の記入ができる
7)研究参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

英語
1) Histologically diagnosed as gastric cancer
2) Radical resection was performed by distal gastrectomy (B-I reconstruction, RY reconstruction)
3) Three months or more after gastrectomy
4) Pathologically stageds as I or II
5) ECOG performance status score is 0-1
6) Able to fill out a questionnaire by themselves
7) Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)化学療法中(術後補助化学療法を含む)である
2)糖尿病の既往がある
3)経腸栄養剤やその他、栄養補助食品を併用している。
4)試験担当医師が不適当と判断する病態がある。

1) During chemotherapy (including postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy)
2) History of diabetes
3) Other enteral nutritional supplements and dietary supplements are used together
4) Some medical conditions that the investigator determines to be inappropriate.
