② ドナー腎機能：Cr、eGFR、年あたりのeGFR変化量
③ 一般血液検査：TP、Alb、BUN、UA、Na、K、LDH、CPK、CRP、WBC、RBC、Hb、Plt、空腹時血糖、HbA1c等一般生化学検査
④ 一般尿検査：尿蛋白、尿アルブミン、尿中NAG、尿中β２ミクログロブリン、尿沈査
⑤ バイタルサイン：血圧(家庭血圧)、脈拍、内服薬の有無・内容
⑥ 特殊血液検査：血清補体値、血清グロブリン値、血清可溶性αKlotho
⑦ 特殊尿検査：尿中アンジオテンシノージェン、尿中可溶性αKlotho
⑧ 尿細胞診：尿中P16陽性細胞数
⑨ 提供腎組織学的評価：小葉間動脈の線維性内膜肥厚の有無、内膜肥厚面積、糸球体硬化率、間質の線維化率、免疫染色(IgA等)、電子顕微鏡、単位面積当たりの糸球体数
10 提供腎組織特殊染色：p16陽性細胞、αKlotho陽性細胞

Patient background: patient ID, date of birth, gender, BMI, medical history, and current medical history.
(2) Donor kidney function: Cr, eGFR, and change in eGFR per year
3) General blood tests: TP, Alb, BUN, UA, Na, K, LDH, CPK, CRP, WBC, RBC, Hb, Plt, fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, and other general biochemical tests
4) General urinalysis: urine protein, urine albumin, urine NAG, urine beta2-microglobulin, urine sedimentation rate
(5) Vital signs: blood pressure (home blood pressure), pulse rate, and presence/absence of medication.
(6) Special blood tests: serum complement level, serum globulin level, serum soluble alpha Klotho
(vii) Special urine test: urinary angiotensinogen, urinary soluble alpha Klotho
(h) Urine cytology: Number of P16-positive cells in urine
(ix) Donor renal histology assessment: presence of fibrous intimal thickening in the interlobar artery, intimal thickening area, glomerular sclerosis rate, interstitial fibrosis rate, immunostaining (e.g. IgA), electron microscopy, number of glomeruli per unit area
10 Donated renal tissue special stains: p16-positive cells and alphaKlotho-positive cells
