(2) 排便回数週3～5回
(3) BMI23.0以上～25.0未満
(4) アンケート調査で体調に不安を感じている と答えた者
(5) アンケート調査でストレスを感じていると答えた者
(6) 1年以内に1度風邪やインフルエンザにかかった者

(1) Healthy females aged between 20 and 50.
(2) Defecation frequency 3 to 5 times a week
(3) BMI 23.0 or more and less than 25.0
(4) Those who answered that they felt anxious about their physical condition in the questionnaire survey
(5) Those who answered that they felt stressed in the questionnaire survey
(6) Those who had a cold or flu once within a year

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 1か月以内に他の臨床試験に参加していた者
(2) 抗生物質など腸内細菌叢に影響を与える薬剤を服用している者、もしくは1か月以内に服用していた者
(3) 試験期間中に乳酸菌・ビフィズス菌・納豆菌などの生菌類含有食品、オリゴ糖・食物繊維を強化した食品、便秘改善によいとされる健康食品類（特定保健用食品を含む）、サプリメント、医薬品の追加摂取を止めることができない
者 ※モニター開始以前に摂取していたものは除外。
(4) 緊急に治療を要する疾患に罹患している者、または重篤な合併症を有する者
(5) 消化吸収や排便に影響を与える消化器疾患、または手術歴がある者
(6) 副作用に便秘とある薬剤を服用している者
(7) 被験者背景アンケートの回答から被験者として不適当であると判断された者
(8) 他の食品の摂取や薬剤を使用する試験、化粧品及び薬剤などを塗布する試験に参加中の者、参加の意志がある者
(9) 薬物依存、アルコール依存の既往歴あるいは現病歴がある者
(10) 妊娠中、妊娠予定、授乳中の者
(11) 何らかの食物アレルギーを有する者

(1) Those who participated in other clinical trials within 1 month
(2) Those who have taken drugs such as antibiotics that affect the intestinal flora, or those who have taken them within one month
(3) Those who cannot stop the additional intake foods containing live bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, and natto bacteria, foods reinforced with oligosaccharides and dietary fiber, health foods (including special health foods) that are considered to be effective in improving constipation, supplements, and pharmaceutical products during the test period (Excludes those taken before the start of the test)
(4) Those who have a disease that requires urgent treatment or who have serious complications
(5) Those who have a history of gastrointestinal disorders that affect digestive absorption and defecation, or have a history of surgery for them
(6) Those who take medicines that have constipation as a side effect
(7) Those who are judged to be inappropriate as a subject from the answers to the subject background questionnaire
(8) Those who are participating or willing to participate in the clinical test of ingesting other foods or using drugs, the test of applying cosmetics and drugs and so on
(9) Those who have a history of drug dependence or alcohol dependence or current medical history of them
(10) Those who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
(11) Those who have some food allergies
