選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・ 15歳以上の患者
・ 当院で呼吸器疾患の診断のために気管支鏡を受ける患者
・ 気管支鏡検査を受けるのに十分な呼吸機能のある患者。具体的には呼吸機能が正常または、1期のCOPDの患者。
・ 安静時のSpO2が90%(室内気)以上ある患者。
・ 研究内容を理解し、文書による同意が得られている患者。

Patients over 15 years old
Patients who undergo bronchoscopy for diagnosis of respiratory diseases at our hospital
Patients with sufficient respiratory function to undergo bronchoscopy. Specifically, patients with normal respiratory function or stage 1 COPD.
Patients with 90% or more of resting SpO2 (room air).Patients who understand the research content and have written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・気管支鏡検査時に安静の保てない患者。
・CO2ナルコーシスの既往がある患者。
・同意が得られない患者

Patients who are unable to stay at rest during bronchoscopy.
Patients with a history of CO2 narcosis.
Patients without consent
