就寝前に利き側ではない腕に手首式血圧計と上腕式血圧計の両方を装着し、夜間家庭血圧測定を行う。（60分間隔、3分差での自動測定、2晩実施）

Study participants were asked to measure nighttime BP measured by wrist-type and arm-type BPM. Both BPMs were put on their non-dominant arms and the nighttime BPs were automatically measured by 60min-interval with 3min difference for 2 nights.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)診療において高血圧症と診断され、高血圧症治療薬を服用中の患者
2)手首周　13.5-21.5cm
3)上腕周　22-32cm

Patients who meet all the following criteria will be eligible for this study.
1) Hypertensive patients taking antihypertensive medication
2) wrist circumference: 13.5-21.5cm
3) upper arm circumference: 22-32cm

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)重度の睡眠障害を合併する患者等で、本研究に参加することにより患者の睡眠障害の悪化や日常生活への支障が懸念される患者
2)研究責任(分担)医師が本研究の対象として不適当と考える患者

1)Patients with complications of severe sleep disorders who are concerned that participation in this study may worsen their sleep disorders or interfere with their daily lives
2) Patients who are considered not eligible for the study by the investigators
