日本語
運動ニューロン疾患患者 30人においてTT-TMS・頭部MRIを行い、得られたデータからTT-TMSで測定されるSICI値と頭部MRIで得られた上位運動ニューロン障害のパラメーターとの相関を検討する。この研究からTT-TMSで測定されるSICI値が上位運動ニューロン障害の他覚的マーカーとなることが明らかになれば、運動ニューロン疾患の診断精度向上に役立つ可能性や、治験における効果判定の重要なマーカーとなる可能性がある。

運動ニューロン疾患患者 30人においてTT-TMS・頭部MRIを行い、得られたデータからTT-TMSで測定されるSICI値と頭部MRIで得られた上位運動ニューロン障害のパラメーターとの相関を検討する。この研究からTT-TMSで測定されるSICI値が上位運動ニューロン障害の他覚的マーカーとなることが明らかになれば、運動ニューロン疾患の診断精度向上に役立つ可能性や、治験における効果判定の重要なマーカーとなる可能性がある。

千葉大学脳神経内科を受診する運動ニューロン疾患患者30人および対照群として神経・精神疾患を有さない健常者30人

30 patients with motor neuron disease who visit the Chiba University Hospital.
30 healthy controls.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
てんかんや体内金属などを有し、経頭蓋磁気刺激検査が禁忌となる者
MRI検査が禁忌となる者

英語
People who are contraindicated for transcranial magnetic stimulation or brain MRI.
