・投薬治療内容
・リハビリテーション科で日常臨床の一環として行っている運動機能評価項目：徒手筋力テスト，拡大版ハンマースミス運動機能評価，改訂版上肢機能評価，握力，ピンチ力，2分間歩行距離，10m歩行，VC，CPF，MICなど
・臨床検査
血液学的検査（Hb,Ht, WBC, Plt，凝固系検査など）、
血液生化学（AST,ALT,LDH,CK,BUN, Crn,電解質，BNPなど）
動脈血ガス分析など
胸部単純X線，脊柱単純X線、MR（脳, 筋など），CT（脳,筋，胸部など）
心エコー，心電図，呼吸機能検査（FVC,%FVCなど）

Manual muscle test:MMT, Hammersmith Functional Motor Scale-Expanded:HFMSE for SMA, revised upper limb mudule: RULM, grip power, pinch power, 2-minute walk distance, 10-meter walking evaluation, VC,CPF,MIC, etc
Clinical laboratory test:
Blood analysis, blood chemistry, atrial blood gas analysis
Chest x-ray, spine x-ray, MRI(brain, muscle, etc), CT (brain, muscle, chest, etc), echocardiography, electrocardiography, respiratory function (FVC,%FVC, etc)
