介入の目的/Purpose of intervention

日本語
オンラインシステムを用いて、運動プログラムを週3回、3週間実施する。運動プログラムは1回30分、熟練した運動指導者が実施する。プログラムの主な運動は、ヨガ、ストレッチ、レクリエーション活動である。

The exercise program will be conducted on an online system three times per week for three weeks. Each session will be conducted for 30 min by experienced exercise instructor. The main exercises of the program will be yoga, stretching exercise, and recreational activities.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 在宅勤労者であること。
2) 医師から運動制限を受けていないこと。
3) 身体活動のリスクに関するスクリーニングシート（PAR-Q）に基づき、職場運動プログラムへの参加の安全性に関する懸念がないこと。

1) Workers who are working from home.
2) Those who do not have any exercise restrictions from a doctor.
3) Those who do not have any concerns regarding safety for participating the workplace exercise program based on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
退職など当該企業の人事上の都合で実施が困難と予想される場合。

In the case that the participant is expected to be difficult to continue to participate the program due to human resource reasons such as resignation.
