グロウジェクターLを使用してGH治療を受ける低身長児の服薬状況を自動収集される機器ログより後ろ向きに抽出し、グロウジェクトの新処方液剤を使用して新規に治療を開始した患者と旧処方液剤を使用して治療を開始した患者の服薬状況を対比することで、新処方製剤の有用性について検討する。

-To retrospectively investigate automatically recorded medication adherence of pediatric patients receiving GH therapy through electronic injector Growjector-L.
-To evaluate effect of low-irritant new formulation of GH (Growject) on medication adherence in comparison with old one.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)対象期間中にGH治療を新規に受けた者
(2)治療開始時、3歳以上であった者
(3)グロウジェクターLを使用している者
(4)2017年9月1日から2021年1月31日までに治療を開始した者
(5)文書による代諾者同意が得られた者。なお、可能な限り患児本人の同意を得るものとする

-Treatment-naive at the start of GH therapy.
-Aged 3 years or older at the start of GH therapy.
-Using Growjector-L.
-Started GH therapy between September 1, 2017 and January 31, 2021.
-Written informed consent from a legally acceptable representative of the patient, along with informed assent if applicable.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)成長ホルモンの禁忌に該当する者
※糖尿病の患者、悪性腫瘍のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある婦人
(2)研究責任者又は研究分担者が不適当と判断した者

eg, Diabetes, malignancy, (possible) pregnancy.
-Judgement of physicians.
