妊婦に対して歯周病のスクリーニング検査と口腔細菌叢の解析、母乳中の細菌叢と炎症性サイトカイン、出産した子の腸内細菌叢の解析、発育の観察を行い、母体の歯周病罹患が子供に与える影響を調べることを目的としている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate if maternal and post-maternal periodontal disease affects child by examining child's growth, gut microbiome, mother's periodontal condition, oral microbiome, inflammatory cytokines and microbiome of breast milk.

自己免疫疾患
糖尿病合併妊娠または妊娠糖尿病
研究参加決定時の３ヶ月前から出産１ヶ月後までの間に抗菌薬投与の既往がある、または抗菌薬投与の予定を有する
