がん治療に際して精子凍結保存をした若年がん患者の男性向けの凍結精子の医療情報とコミュニケーションに関する心理教育動画を制作すること、がん治療に際して精子凍結保存をした若年がん患者の男性を対象に動画視聴してもらって動画の評価を調査することを本研究の目的とする。

To produce a psychoeducational video on medical and psychosocial information and disclosure communication for male cancer patients with cryopreservation of sperm, and to evaluate the video in the point of fertility-related knowledge level, decisional regret, and self-efficacy.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

下記3点すべてを満たす患者とする；
①がんと診断された
②がん治療に際して精子凍結をした後６か月以内である
③同意取得時の年齢が成人年齢である男性

The inclusion criteria of the study are male cancer patients aged 20 or more years, who have already finished sperm cryopreservation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

下記2点のうちいずれかを満たす患者とする；
①文書同意が得られない（インフォームド・コンセントが得られない）
②動画視聴および評価の入力を実施することが困難であるような心身の不調が著しい、あるいは日本語の理解が困難である
