目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
肝移植後の肺アスペルギルス感染症は侵襲性が強く、今もなお致死的な疾患である。侵襲性肺アスペルギルス症の治療は抗真菌薬のみ推奨されているが、今回我々は肝移植後の侵襲性肺アスペルギルス症に対して早期肺切除することが救命戦略として有用だった症例を経験した。このことから本研究の目的は、肝移植後侵襲性肺アスペルギルス症に対する治療戦略に早期肺切除を加えることによる治療成績の向上を示唆したいと考えた。

Pulmonary Aspergillus infection after liver transplantation was highly invasive and remains a fatal disease. Although only antifungal drugs are recommended for the treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, we experienced a case in which early pulmonary resection was useful as a life-saving strategy for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis after liver transplantation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to suggest that adding early lung resection to the treatment strategy for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis after liver transplantation may improve outcomes.
