脛骨、腓骨、踵骨の少なくとも1つ以上の骨折の患者

Patients with at least one or more fractures of the tibia, fibula, and calcaneus

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.既往症の影響で対側にも腱伸張性変化や足関節背屈可動域制限が生じていると考えられる患者
2.認知症などにより運動指示の理解が困難な患者
3.研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1.Patients with contralateral tendon stiffness changes and ankle dorsiflexion range of motion limitation due to past medical history
2.Patients who cannot conform exercise instruction due to dementia
3.Patients judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate
