肺血栓塞栓症および深部静脈血栓症の高リスクとされている大腸癌患者と比較検討することで炎症性腸疾患手術症例における周術期血栓のリスクを明らかにすることを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the risk of perioperative thrombosis in surgical patients for inflammatory bowel disease by comparing it with colorectal cancer patients who are considered to be at high risk of pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis.

2000年1月から2019年12月の間に、当院で炎症性腸疾患もしくは大腸癌に対して外科治療を行った患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 超緊急手術症例で, 術前に血栓に関する検査を行えなかった患者, (2) 術前Dダイマー 1.0μg/ml未満で下肢静脈超音波検査を施行されていない患者

炎症性腸疾患もしくは大腸癌に対する手術症例で、術前にDダイマー値を測定している患者を対象とする。Dダイマー1.0μg/mlをカットオフ値とし, Dダイマー陽性症例に対して, 下肢静脈超音波検査を施行し, 深部静脈血栓症を検索する。炎症性腸疾患と大腸癌の手術症例における術前深部静脈血栓症の有病率を比較する。

The subjects have undergone surgery for inflammatory bowel disease or colorectal cancer and whose D-dimer value is measured preoperatively. With a cutoff value of 1.0 ug / ml for D-dimer, lower limb venous ultrasonography is performed for D-dimer-positive cases to search for deep vein thrombosis. Compare the prevalence of preoperative deep vein thrombosis in surgical cases of inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
